Enrollment Next Steps
1.) To get the enrollment process started, please fill out your form and return to me in any of the following ways:

2.) We will contact your former school to obtain your prior school records, birth certificate, proof of immunizations, and proof of residency. They should have all of this on file. If we are missing anything from them, we will contact you to obtain.
3.) Once we receive your documents, we will contact you to go over your school plan. We want to make sure you know what you have already taken and what you need to meet graduation requirements. We like to have these conversations with parents and students so that we all have the same information. We also use this time to answer any questions.
4.) After we have confirmed your enrollment, we will send you a laptop request form in case you need to borrow a laptop.
Remember with ICON you can school 24/7 and school during the time in the day that works best for you. You do not have to attend any classes at certain times and you can work on the assigned work given to you for the day in any order and at any place that you have internet access.
